My shipment is taking longer than average shipping times. Why?
We may experience delays shipping outside of Europe. These are common delays incurred by companies shipping outside the EU. In the event of a delay we will update you on your delivery time and value your patience.
I moved. Can I change my address?
You can change your address only if your order status is "Processing". To change it, please contact

My address is wrong but the order is already shipped. What can I do?
We are sorry but since your order has already been shipped you can't change your address at this time. If your address was wrong the order will be shipped back to us. Once we receive it we will ship it to you again to the correct address but this will incur a charge.
My order was shipped a while ago, but I haven't got it yet. Why?
Orla Reynolds Studio uses a third-party shipping company. If you have not received your order on time we will consult with our shipping partners. Many times the delay is caused by an incorrect address. Please contact us to confirm the address you provided:

Is it possible to request a refund?
If you have changed your mind, you can request a refund if your order status is "Processing". If your order has shipped we will not refund the product unless it arrives damaged in which case photographic evidence must be supplied to
